Sahyadri Agro Farms Phase II — Reconnect to your Roots

Welcome to Sahyadri Agro Farms, a rare sanctuary nestled deep in nature — where the rhythmic flow of the Savitri River, the fertility of rich soil, and the timeless embrace of the Western Ghats come together to offer a living experience unlike any other. More than just farmland, this is a weekend home, a farming retreat, and your very own nature-island.

A Nature-Based Farm Life Experience

Imagine waking up to the soft rustling of leaves, the gentle murmur of water, and the scent of damp earth as the morning mist rises from the river. At Sahyadri Agro Farms, life slows down so you can reconnect — with nature, with yourself, and with the simple rhythms of the land.

Surrounded by the Savitri River — An Island Feel

Our property is cradled on the banks of the Savitri River, meandering around the land to give you a feeling of being on your very own island of tranquility. The river’s course creates natural boundaries, making the farm feel private and secluded, yet vibrantly alive with water’s energy.

Fertile Soil, Ideal for Farming

The soil here is rich and fertile — ideal for a variety of crops and sustainable farming. Whether you dream of orchards, vegetable beds, or agroforestry, the land supports life with generosity. Its capacity to retain nutrients and moisture makes it perfect for long-term cultivation and regenerative agriculture.

A Haven Surrounded by Mountains

Towering around the farm are the majestic Sahyadri Mountains, their evergreen slopes creating a dramatic backdrop. The geography gives you scenic views, natural shade, and the soothing presence of the hills. Being in this terrain feels like being a part of the ancient Western Ghats — peaceful, grounded, and wild.

Weekend Living & Faithful Retreat

Sahyadri Agro Farms isn’t just about agriculture. This is also your weekend home, a place to escape the city, slow down, and live simply. Whether you build a cozy farmhouse, set up a small cabin, or just camp under the stars — the land welcomes you. Here, afternoons could be spent reading by the riverbank, evenings tending to your garden, and nights lulled by the sounds of the forest.

Sustainable Farming & Regenerative Potential

Beyond its beauty, the land is truly purposeful. With fertile soil and abundant water, it's well-suited for organic farming, permaculture, or mixed-crop systems. You can create a legacy — growing food, regenerating the soil, and building a sustainable future.

Community & Connection

While the farm gives you solitude, it’s not in isolation. The surroundings are part of a living, breathing ecosystem — local wildlife, river birds, forest flora, and the timeless wisdom of rural Maharashtra. It’s a place to belong, to co-create, and to share the joy of farming.

Infra Development Plan by Government:

  1. Agardanda Creek Bridge (SH-4)
    • A 4.3 km, two-lane bridge across Agardanda Creek (Raigad) awarded to HCC at ~₹1,031.6 crore.
    • This is part of the Revas–Reddi Coastal Highway (MSH-04), improving connectivity between Raigad’s coastal zone and Dighi Port.
    • Once complete, it will reduce travel time and boost logistics — vital for both commercial and residential land demand.
  2. Greenfield Highway Corridor: NH 348B (Chowk–Pagote)
    • A new 6-lane national highway corridor (NH 348B) has been approved.
    • This corridor connects Raigad with major highways like the Mumbai–Pune Expressway and NH-66, improving last-mile connectivity.
    • Better road access tends to push up land prices, especially in peripheral or semi-rural areas.
  3. Dighi Port & Industrial “Smart City”
    • In August 2024, approval was given to develop a 6,056-acre industrial smart city near Dighi Port.
    • The smart city is planned to target sectors like engineering, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and food & beverages.
    • This industrialization can increase demand for land, labor, housing, and infrastructure in the Raigad region — making farmland more valuable.
  4. Ropeway Projects
    • Maharashtra has approved 45 ropeway projects, including one for Raigad Fort.
    • Improved tourist

  • Premium Gated Community
  • 7-Metre Wide Internal Roads
  • Electricity Connection up to Each Plot
  • Water Connection up to Each Plot
  • Street Lights Along All Internal Roads
  • 24×7 CCTV Camera Surveillance
